Confira o que precisa saber sobre o c\u00e1lculo de recibo de pagamento.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O que \u00e9 Recibo de Pagamento?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9 a folha de pagamento que cont\u00e9m dados comprobat\u00f3rios e informa\u00e7\u00f5es profissionais do colaborador, com os valores que devem ser pagos e descontados do sal\u00e1rio bruto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A exig\u00eancia da checagem e entrega do recibo de pagamento est\u00e1 no Art. 225 do <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.planalto.gov.br\/ccivil_03\/decreto\/d3048.htm\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Decreto Lei 3.048<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0 <\/span><b>Art. 225<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. A empresa \u00e9 tamb\u00e9m obrigada a:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><b>\u00a0\u00a0I &#8211; <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">preparar folha de pagamento da remunera\u00e7\u00e3o paga, devida ou creditada a todos os segurados a seu servi\u00e7o, devendo manter, em cada estabelecimento, uma via da respectiva folha e recibos de pagamentos;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><b>\u00a0II &#8211;<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> lan\u00e7ar mensalmente em t\u00edtulos pr\u00f3prios de sua contabilidade, de forma discriminada, os fatos geradores de todas as contribui\u00e7\u00f5es, o montante das quantias descontadas, as contribui\u00e7\u00f5es da empresa e os totais recolhidos;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><b>III &#8211;<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> prestar ao Instituto Nacional do Seguro Social e \u00e0 Secretaria da Receita Federal todas as informa\u00e7\u00f5es cadastrais, financeiras e cont\u00e1beis de interesse dos mesmos, na forma por eles estabelecida, bem como os esclarecimentos necess\u00e1rios \u00e0 fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><b>\u00a0IV &#8211;<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> informar mensalmente ao Instituto Nacional do Seguro Social, por interm\u00e9dio da Guia de Recolhimento do Fundo de Garantia do Tempo de Servi\u00e7o e Informa\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e0 Previd\u00eancia Social, na forma por ele estabelecida, dados cadastrais, todos os fatos geradores de contribui\u00e7\u00e3o previdenci\u00e1ria e outras informa\u00e7\u00f5es de interesse daquele Instituto;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Os dados dos colaboradores precisam estar registrados nos \u00f3rg\u00e3os citados, e os valores de contribui\u00e7\u00e3o do INSS e FGTS, devem ser realizados todos os meses e entregues ao colaborador com demiss\u00e3o sem justa causa.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Como fazer o C\u00e1lculo de Recibo de Pagamento?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O primeiro passo \u00e9 incluir as informa\u00e7\u00f5es necess\u00e1rias no recibo de pagamento que s\u00e3o:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dados da empresa;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dados do colaborador;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Descontos realizados e valores acrescentados;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00famero de dias ou horas trabalhadas;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Valor bruto do sal\u00e1rio;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Valor l\u00edquido do sal\u00e1rio.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Descontos do FGTS se mant\u00e9m em 8%, do INSS \u00e9 de acordo com o valor do sal\u00e1rio:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">7,5% do sal\u00e1rio para quem ganha at\u00e9 R$ 1.751,81<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">9% do sal\u00e1rio para quem ganha de R$ 1.751,82 a R$ 2.919,72;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">11% do sal\u00e1rio para quem ganha de R$ 2.919,73 a R$ 5.839,45;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">e o valor fixo de R$ 642,34 para quem ganha qualquer valor acima de R$ 5.839,45.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al\u00e9m da inclus\u00e3o de banco de horas, horas extras, f\u00e9rias, aus\u00eancias, 13\u00ba e em caso de demiss\u00e3o deve constar o aviso pr\u00e9vio e seguro-desemprego.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O que diz a lei sobre o C\u00e1lculo de Recibo de Pagamento?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.jusbrasil.com.br\/topicos\/10712212\/artigo-464-do-decreto-lei-n-5452-de-01-de-maio-de-1943\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Art. 464<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> consta a obrigatoriedade de ter os registros de pagamentos, referente a todos os pagamentos realizados e recebimentos de todos os colaboradores.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Art. 464 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; O pagamento do sal\u00e1rio dever\u00e1 ser efetuado contra recibo, assinado pelo empregado, em se tratando de analfabeto, mediante sua impress\u00e3o digital, ou, n\u00e3o sendo este poss\u00edvel, a seu rogo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
