analfabeto.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">5\u00ba <\/span><\/span><\/b><span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">&#8211; Qualquer compensa\u00e7\u00e3o no pagamento de que o tratamento anterior n\u00e3o exceda ou equivalente a um m\u00eas de compensa\u00e7\u00e3o do pagamento.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Quando come\u00e7a a contar o prazo para pagamento de rescis\u00e3o?<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">O prazo para contratos de rescis\u00e3o deve ser feito 10 dias ap\u00f3s a demiss\u00e3o ser anunciada, o n\u00e3o cumprimento desse prazo em pagamento de multa. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Assim como consta no 6\u00ba par\u00e1grafo do Art. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">477:<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><b><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">6\u00ba <\/span><\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Empregado de documentos que comprovem a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o da extin\u00e7\u00e3o contratual aos \u00f3rg\u00e3os competentes como o pagamento dos valores constantes do instrumento de rescis\u00e3o ou recibo de quita\u00e7\u00e3o incluir\u00e1 bem a entrega ao contrato at\u00e9 o t\u00e9rmino dos dez dias.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Qual a multa se n\u00e3o pagar a rescis\u00e3o no prazo?<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Conforme citado no par\u00e1grafo 6\u00ba que colocamos anteriormente e tamb\u00e9m no par\u00e1grafo 8\u00ba:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><b><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">8\u00ba <\/span><\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">&#8211; A observa\u00e7\u00e3o deste disposto no \u00a7 6\u00ba artigo no artigo 160 BTN por trabalhador, bem assim como pagamento da multa a favor do, em valor ao seu pagamento equivalente, devidamente corrigido pelo rendimento de pagamento do BTN, salvo quando, comprovadamente, o trabalhador der causa \u00e0 mora.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Essa existe exatamente para fazer com que a empresa cumpra como regras e mantenha os prazos de pagamento, assim como os pagamentos n\u00e3o prejudicam o colaborador e nem a confiabilidade da empresa.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Qual o valor da multa Art 477 CLT?<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Nem todos sabem qual seria o valor de 160 BTN, o valor debitado \u00e9 em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a cada funcion\u00e1rio que n\u00e3o recebeu a recis\u00e3o e baixa da carteira + um sal\u00e1rio para cada um, o que deixa a empresa com custos.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Tamb\u00e9m citado no Par\u00e1grafo 8\u00ba do Art 477, a soma para obter o valor \u00e9 a: <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">1,0641 x 160,00 UFIR \u2013 \u00edndice que substituiu a UFIR, sendo assim convertido em reais<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">O valor \u00e9 definido pela <\/span><\/span><\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.normaslegais.com.br\/legislacao\/trabalhista\/portariamtb290_97.htm\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Portaria MTB N\u00ba 290<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> , que \u00e9 o Minist\u00e9rio do Trabalho e a defini\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 cada BTN tem o valor de 6,17 e como se trata de 160 BTN, em reais equivale a R$ 170,26 por empregado mais a soma de um demais \u00f3rg\u00e3os envolvidos no processo. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mas se seguir de maneira alinhada \u00e0s regras dispostas no Art 77, a empresa n\u00e3o correr\u00e1 esse
